During client work: the brand facts, assets, approvals and comments you provide, and the reporting data the advertising and analytics platforms you connect make available to us.
How we use it
To assess fit, prepare proposals, deliver the agreed services, produce and approve content, run and report on campaigns, and administer billing. We do not sell personal data.
Processors
Service delivery requires third-party platforms — hosting, email, advertising and analytics providers, and payment processing once billing is enabled. The specific processors in use are listed in your service agreement before onboarding.
Email marketing
Email campaigns we run for clients use permission-based lists with unsubscribe handling. We do not send to purchased or scraped lists.
Retention and your rights
We keep client records for the duration of the engagement and for the period required for legal, tax and dispute purposes. You can request access, correction or deletion of your data by writing to info@tecknicongroup.com.
